Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. Promoter: The Promoter is The Jordans and Ryvita Company, a division of ABF Grain Products Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, under number 00079590, whose registered office is at Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 4QY (the “Promoter”).

  3. How to enter:

    1. Entrants must be GB mainland residents aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.

    2. Entrants must have internet access, a valid email address and a mainland GB bank account. Maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person per calendar day during the Promotional Period.  Each Promotional Pack code will be valid once only.

    3. To enter this promotion, entrants must purchase a promotional pack of Ryvita. These products will be clearly marked with an advertisement of this promotion, and will include:

      1. Ryvita Original Crispbread 250g
      2. Ryvita Dark Rye Crispbread 250g
      3. Ryvita Multigrain Crispbread 250g
      4. Ryvita Sesame Crispbread 250g
      5. Ryvita Fruit Crunch Crispbread 200g

    5. Find out instantly if you are a winner of an Instant Win Prize.

    6. Winners will receive Prize claim instructions via email (see clause 6 for details) and must provide valid GB bank account details via the secure portal within thirty (30) days to receive prize.

    7. Any prizes not allocated during the Promotion Period will be entered into a Mop Up draw drawn on 5 May 2026 and allocated at random to an earlier non-winning entrant. All Prizes will be allocated.

    8. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late claims will not be accepted.

    9. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.

    10. Maximum of one (1) Prize per person during the Promotional Period and the Mop Up draw.

  4. Promotion Period: Pack codes can be entered at the URL above between 00:00 on 01 April 2025 until 23:59 on 31 March 2026. The Mop Up Draw will be drawn on or before 05 May 2026.

  5. Prizes:

    1. The promoter is offering entrants cash prizes only. There are 1,055 prizes to be won in total across the Promotional Period and the Mop Up Draw. The prizes available are:

      • 5 x £1,000 cash prize;
      • 50 x £100 cash prize; and
      • 1,000 x £5 cash prize,

      (together the “Prizes”)

    2. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  6. How winners are selected and notified:

    1. The Prizes specified in Clause 5 above will all be won (except if the number of Prizes available exceeds the total number of valid entries received). Prizes will be available via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) between 00:00 on 01 April 2025 and 31 March 2026. These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first entry of a valid on-pack code on or after each winning moment will be awarded a Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 1,055 Prizes are available to be won. Each entry has the same chance of winning a prize.

    2. Winners will be notified instantly on screen and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize. Winners will receive a confirmation email (the “Win Notification”) to their email address used upon entry within three (3) working days of on-screen notification, confirming their Prize and including a unique claim link which, when clicked, will take them to a secure claim form where they will be asked to provide bank account name, account number and sort code for Prize payment by cash. Prizes must be claimed by the Winner within 30 days of date of receiving the Win Notification. After 30 days of when the Win Notification was received, if the winner has not claimed their Prize, the Prize will be forfeited.

    3. Cash Prize payments will be sent in Great British Pounds via bank transfer made by the Promoter’s agency to a GB account only. Bank transfer is the only method of cash Prize transfer available. Prizes will usually be delivered within ten (10) days from date of claim but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of the Winner claiming their Prize, Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting [email protected]. In the event that a Winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.

    4. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

    5. Any unclaimed prizes will be reallocated to the mop up draw. Mop up draw for all unallocated prizes from the Promotional Period to take place on 5 May 2026 (the “Mop Up Draw Date”) via a randomised computer process. All unsuccessful entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the Mop Up Draw. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 14 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice after which all remaining prizes will become null and void.

    6. The secure website is hosted and run by VCG The Promorisk People Ltd.

  7. The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive claims and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.

  8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

  9. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.

  10. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, phone or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected prize claims. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this promotion. The Promoter does not accept liability for non-delivery of Prizes in the event that the Winner had provided incorrect bank account details.

  11. Nothing in these terms excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law. Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:

    1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the promotion;
    2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;
    3. any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize; or
    4. any other events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the prize.

  12. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.

  13. The Promoter shall use entrants’ personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, only for the purposes of carrying out the promotion, and in the case of winner’s data, as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice available at ryvita100years.co.uk/privacy and further explained in the following paragraphs. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to administer the Promotion.

  14. The Promoter will make winners’ surnames, date of claim and prize awarded available on request to anyone who sends a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter within 10 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period, as required by the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the “Code”). The Promoter may also be asked to provide the same details to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) who publish and enforce the Code. This use of winners’ data is necessary for the Promoter’s legitimate interests in complying with the Code. Winners who do not wish the Promoter to disclose these details to members of the public who request them, should let the Promoter know as soon as possible by emailing: [email protected]. Winners may also object to the disclosure to the ASA by emailing the same address, giving reasons. The Promoter will take these reasons into account if the ASA asks for the winners’ details. Please note, however, that the Promoter may nevertheless still be required to disclose this information to the ASA. This may happen where, for example, the Promoter is required to demonstrate that a valid award took place.

  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
